How to find resources

There are about 30,000 resources on yTeach, and we want you to find relevant materials quickly and easily. You can search in several ways:

- Keywords (type a word/s in the box on the left and click "Search")
- Irish Curriculum (use the first drop-down filter on the left)
- Browse by different categories (use the second drop-down filter on the left)

For each subject at each level, the browse filters show resources mapped against different key Structure Documents. Each structure contains a list of specific topics. Each topic has a number of connected resources.

We anticipate mapping our resources against more structures soon (eg. Junior and Leaving Certificate examination papers or popular textbooks).

After searching, a list of the lessons meeting your criteria will be displayed. You can always narrow your search results by choosing more than one category (criteria are cumulative), or by adding a keyword.

Next, you can either access the resource's details page, where the resource can be bookmarked, or preview the resource. You can also preview the resource from the resource details page, by clicking on 'start' in the 'Actions' frame.
